You can purchase our bags here on our website.
We ship all orders as quickly as possible from our studio in St. John's. Add your item to your cart and proceed through to checkout. Our website accepts secure payment via credit card and PayPal. Currently, our website shows many items as 'sold out' but we do a large re-stock every Thursday evening.
2_ CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?
We don't offer a pick-up option. We are online only. Our St. John's location is a manufacturing site only.
3_ CAN I VIEW YOUR BAG ANYWHERE IN-PERSON?
Unicornio Studio in St. John's currently carries a smaller selection of our bags, they are open daily.
Please note, Unicornio Studio is a separate entity from Ragmaw.
4_ DO YOU WHOLESALE?
Currently, we do not wholesale to other retailers.
5_WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

6_ WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Ragmaw products are shipped anywhere within North America.
7_ WHEN DO YOU SHIP?
Ragmaw products are shipped on Tuesday morning and Thursday morning of each week.
8_ DO YOU TAKE ORDERS FOR CUSTOM/COMMISSIONED PIECES?
We do not take custom orders. Our bags are made in production runs of 200-300.
9_ I ORDERED A BAG ONLINE BUT IT HASN'T ARRIVED. WHY?
Due to increased demands on mail carriers during the COVID-19 pandemic, deliveries are moving more slowly. When your bag ships from our studio, you will receive an automated email from Canada Post (with tracking information); please follow the progress of your order there. When placing your order, please enter an email address that you use regularly; automated emails with your order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to that email address (double check that your email address is entered correctly). You can also contact Canada Post by telephone, with your tracking number, if you want to confirm the location of your parcel at a given time.
10_ I WOULD LIKE TO RESERVE A BAG THAT I'VE SEEN ONLINE BUT I WANT TO KEEP BROWSING FIRST -- WILL MY BAG BE HELD IN THE ONLINE SHOPPING CART?
A bag purchase is only confirmed once the checkout process + payment has been completed. Placing a bag in the shopping cart does not guarantee purchase.
11_ CAN YOU HOLD A BAG FOR ME?
We cannot hold bags. We do not offer local pick-up. Our manufacturing facility is located in St. John's, Newfoundland; all bags are designed and hand made there, but the facility is not open to the public.
12_ I MISSED A SALE. CAN YOU APPLY A DISCOUNT THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY OFFERED?
We cannot apply discounts after a sale or discount offer has ended. We also cannot apply a discount retroactively.
13_ I WANT A PARTICULAR BAG. HOW DO I KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE BACK IN STOCK?
We re-stock our website every Thursday at 7:30pm eastern time. You can check the website at that time to see if your preferred bag is back. Please note that, currently, we are not able to give timelines for particular bags (this is due to delayed fabric shipments).
14_ DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES?
We don't offer gift cards/certificates.
