  • All Ragmaw bags are FINAL SALE.

​

  • As such, there are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES or CHANGES on any orders during this time. All orders are FINAL SALE. Once an order is placed online, it will not be cancelled, refunded or accepted for return.  

​

  • Upon checkout, there is a box that must be manually checked stating that the policies have been reviewed before purchase; the website will only allow the purchase to proceed once the box has been manually checked by the customer.

  • ​Please note that this policy applies with no exceptions (no separate policy for gift/holiday purchases).​

​

  • We ship orders on Tuesday & Thursday mornings only; you will receive tracking info upon shipment. Orders will ship via Canada Post. Please note that shipment dispatch may be delayed during inclement weather, holiday seasons or other interruptions that are out of our control.

 

  • Upon ordering, please enter an email address that you use regularly -- we will send your tracking number to the email you provide upon checkout.

 

  • If you select the WEDNESDAY ONLY (10am to 5pm) PICK UP OPTION, you are responsible for reading the pick up information; we cannot accommodate alternate pick up days/times.

  • Please enter your address correctly upon placing your order; we are not responsible for address errors that may, in turn, result in delivery failures. When a parcel is returned to us due to address errors, we are charged a return fee -- please note, we will not re-send your parcel without payment of the return fee plus another shipping fee. Orders returned to us due to address errors will not be refunded in any case.

  • Promotions cannot be applied to orders retroactively; we cannot adjust pricing after an order is placed, nor can we process partial refunds. During promotions, please enter the promotion code upon checkout.

  • Shipping charges are as follows:

    • Newfoundland and Labrador, $15 expedited

    • Canada, $17.50 expedited or $20 expresspost

    • USA, $30 expedited tracked parcel

    • *all prices are shown in Canadian dollars*
