  • All Ragmaw bags are FINAL SALE.

  • As such, there are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, or CHANGES on any orders during this time. All orders are FINAL SALE. Once an order is placed online, it will not be cancelled, refunded or accepted for return.  

  • The current policy has been implemented with careful consideration and will apply to all orders. We understand that this policy may not be suitable for everyone. We will continue to provide the highest possible level of customer service and we respect your decisions regarding purchases based on the current policy.

  • ​Please note that this policy applies with no exceptions (no separate policy for gift/holiday purchases).​

  • We will ship orders on Thursdays only (please allow a few extra days for delivery; you will receive tracking info upon shipment). Orders will ship via Canada Post.


  • Upon ordering, please enter an email address that you use regularly -- we will send your tracking number to the email you provide upon checkout.


  • We do not offer a pick-up option.

  • Please enter your address correctly upon placing your order; we are not responsible for address errors that may, in turn, result in delivery failures.

  • Shipping time frames are proving to be longer than normal; this is due to the several factors relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. You will receive tracking information once your order ships so that you can follow its progress; don't be alarmed if the 'expected delivery date' passes, we are here to follow the orders along their way and we are seeing delays of 1-7 days in some cases.

  • Any promotions cannot be applied to orders retroactively (and will not apply to The Gathering Collection); we cannot adjust pricing after an order is placed, nor can we process partial refunds. During promotions, please enter the promotion code upon checkout.
